Improper City was constructed within a 50,000sf core and shell building demised for two tenants. The project consisted of concrete block structural walls, timber frame and steel truss roof framing. The project contains a full service bar, tap room, lower and upper levels dining and lounge spaces. The exposed timber structure, modern art and contemporary furnishings offer a flexible and playful environment.
